B-eat Woking Group for people
with Anorexia meets on
the 1st Thursday of every month
from 7.30pm - 9pm.
B-eat Woking Group for people
with Overeating issues
meets on the 3rd Thursday of
every month from 8.00pm –
9.30pm.
There is also a Carers group
open to all carers of people
with an eating disorder or those
living with someone who they
think might have an eating
disorder. This group meets on
the 4th Thursday of every month
from 7.30pm - 9pm.

Together
Social drop-in for anyone (16+)
feeling down, alone, or simply
wanting company or something to do.
The group is an opportunity to meet
others and have a friendly chat.
The group meets every Wednesday from
2pm-4pm at CornerHouse. It also

every Thursday from 12noon - 4pm.

- Asian Women's Group
Established specifically for Asian
Women with emotional health
problems, this group concentrates on
the complex cultural and spiritual
needs of its Asian women members.
Meetings are held on Thursday
morning from 9.30am - 12.30pm and on
a Friday morning from 9.30am -
11.30am.

The group is affiliated to
Mind, the national mental health
charity, providing support,
friendship and help to people who
live in the Borough of Woking, and
who experience difficulty with their
mental health.
Woking Mind offer social activities,
an art group, a creative writing

CornerHouse IT room.
